What you'll do:

• Collaborate with and provide expert market knowledge to Directors of Wedgewood Homes that will assist in the acquisition, renovation, and resale strategy
• List, market, negotiate and sell assigned Wedgewood Homes assets
• Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers, meeting potential sellers in community activities
• Utilize assigned listings to generate leads and expand your organic business
• Learn how to source and represent Wedgewood Homes on acquisitions
• Networking and prospecting using Wedgewood Homes Reality’s systems and models
• Collaborate and provide solutions for seller leads generated through iBuyer channel
• Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other related matters to ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Promote and reinforce the company’s culture and core values while building strong relationships within the industry
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Show and market real property to prospective buyers
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value

What you'll need:

• Active real estate license required
